The candidate will design, develop, execute, and analyze tests across web, cloud, API, ERP, and middleware systems, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability and reliability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in LoadRunner and performance engineering.
• Experience designing, developing, executing, and analyzing performance tests across web, cloud, API, ERP, and middleware apps.
• Able to identify bottlenecks and provide tuning recommendations.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability, stability, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute various types of performance testing (Load, Stress, Endurance/Soak, Volume).
• Analyze test results and identify bottlenecks across application, database, middleware, and infrastructure.
• Prepare detailed performance test reports with observations and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, Infrastructure teams, and Project Managers.
• Present findings and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.
