Wingify is a remote-first company seeking a Technical Solutions Manager (Spanish fluent) to serve as the technical partner for customers, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing value from Wingify's solutions.

You will lead onboarding, design integrations, and guide customers with architectural best practices while collaborating with success and engineering teams to drive adoption and scalable deployments.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, API authentication, and third-party integrations.
• Understanding of CRO concepts and how experimentation platforms integrate into customer websites.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical onboarding and implementation of Wingify's solutions, ensuring customers are successfully deployed and configured according to best practices.
• Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to deliver a seamless customer onboarding experience and drive long-term product adoption.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot third-party integrations using APIs and web technologies.
• Act as the primary technical advisor for customers, providing implementation guidance, architectural recommendations, and technical best practices.
• Work directly with customer development teams to support integrations, custom implementations, and technical enablement.
