Responsibilities

• CCT test panel preparations and mandatory process validations.
• Handle complaints and troubleshoot high-severity issues; monitor critical cases across shifts.
• Manage paint trials and growth initiatives (alternate paint systems, new business trials).
• Provide ongoing customer and commercial support; monitor competitor activity and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Oversee paint inventory at customer sites and regional warehouses; coordinate payments and commercial activities.

• Complaint Handling & Troubleshooting
  • High-severity issues often extend beyond one week.
  • Certain critical cases require round-the-clock monitoring across shifts.

Experience requirements

• 4 ~ 10 years of experience as a technical service representative, preferably in General Industrial segment.

• Should be ready to travel in North region

Educational requirements

• Bachelor s degree in science, Operations management or equivalent or higher education and experience.
