Job summary

IndiFOSS in Delhi is seeking a field sales professional to drive RTPCR kit and ELISA product sales across the North region. You will demo products to labs, manage quotes, and coordinate order dispatch with the head office.

The ideal candidate has 2–8 years of science sales experience, with strong communication and data management skills using ERP/SFDC/CRM, and the ability to establish new business relationships.

Qualifications

• Graduation or PG in Science (Microbiology/Molecular Biology/Biotech/Chemistry preferred).
• 2–8 years of relevant experience in scientific sales.
• Technical skills in RTPCR kits, ELISA products for food & milk testing; RTPCR machines/PCR operation.
• Excellent communication and data management using ERP/SFDC/CRM; adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales visits at least 17 days per month.
• Demonstrate products to food testing labs and industries.
• Coordinate with HO for quotations and order processing.
• Follow up on POs and generate new POs.
• Coordinate dispatch with HO and manage customer orders.
• Research prospects and generate leads; establish new business.
• Reach out to customers by phone, email, and in person.
• Negotiate contracts and packages; maintain client relations.
• Collect competitor information and maintain CRM records.
• Prepare reports and meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and meetings.

Experience Required: 2 to 8 years

Technical Skills required: Sales experience in RTPCR kits, ELISA based Products for Food & Milk Testing, should have technical skills in handling RTPCR Machines, PCR operation, etc

Non- Technical Skill Required: Excellent communication skill (Verbal/written), Data Management such as ERP/SFDC/CRM., Adaptability
