Orbit & Skyline India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer II to manage customer requirements, quotations, and end-to-end order fulfilment.

The role involves handling customer portals, coordinating logistics, and ensuring ECCN/export compliance within SAP/ERP environments. You will work closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to deliver accurate, timely transactions and pricing alignment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in technical sales or customer management
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or supply chain management
• Experience with SAP/ERP and MS Office
• Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Manage customer requirements, technical queries, quotations, and order-related activities
• Drive end-to-end order fulfilment including tracking and expediting
• Manage customer portals and ensure timely transaction updates
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with customers and internal teams
• Ensure ECCN/export compliance and required documentation
• Support customer account setup and pricing in SAP/ERP systems
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
• Maintain SAP/ERP data, reports, and MIS
• Take ownership of assigned customers and transactions while developing skills

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer II to manage customer requirements, O2C cycle, transaction management, customer account management and end-to-end order fulfilment while ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Manage customer requirements, technical queries, quotations, and order-related activities.
• Drive end-to-end order fulfilment, including order tracking, expediting, and issue resolution.
• Manage customer portals and ensure accurate and timely transaction updates.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ensure ECCN/export compliance and required documentation for applicable transactions.
• Support customer account setup and pricing alignment in SAP/ERP systems.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams.
• Maintain accurate SAP/ERP data, reports, and MIS.
• Take ownership of assigned customers and transactions while continuously developing technical and functional skills.

Eligibility Criteria

Required Qualification:

• Minimum experience: 2–5 years
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or supply chain management
• Experience in technical sales, customer management, order management, or supply chain operations
• Working knowledge of SAP/ERP systems and MS Office
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a cross-functional environment
