Job summary

Orbit & Skyline, Inc. is seeking a motivated Semiconductor Equipment Engineer with hands-on experience in diffusion furnace equipment. You will support maintenance and troubleshooting in a production fab environment, ensuring effective equipment performance.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a motivated Semiconductor Equipment Engineer with hands‑on experience in diffusion furnace equipment, capable of supporting routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting in a production fab environment.

The candidate should have hands‑on experience in one or more of the following toolsets: TEL Alpha 8 SE Waves, ASM A400 Duo. We are looking for someone who is self‑driven, safety‑conscious, and a good team player, with the ability to work in a fast‑paced fab environment.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Preferred experience on 200 TEL Alpha 8se waves and ASM A400 Duo.
• Perform tool fault recovery to minimize equipment downtime.
• Execute preventive maintenance as per procedures, ensuring on‑time completion and first‑time pass.
• Support troubleshooting of routine equipment issues and elevate complex problems when required.
• Monitor tool performance and respond to alarms and abnormal conditions.
• Support actions to identify and resolve repeat tool issues, improving MTBF.
• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities, faults, and actions taken.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain discipline in execution.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and cleanroom protocols.

Eligibility Criteria

Mandatory Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor wafer fab equipment maintenance is required.
• Degree/Diploma in Engineering with relevant experience.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑driven with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Positive attitude and a good team player.
• Good computer knowledge, with proficiency in MS Office tools.
