Orbit & Skyline India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic B.Tech Mechanical Engineering Freshers to join as Graduate Engineer Trainees.

This role includes structured training and exposure to various engineering functions. Ideal candidates will work on real-time projects in supply chain, quality, packaging, and instructional design. Responsibilities include assisting in engineering activities, data analysis, documentation, and collaboration with teams.

Qualifications

• B.Tech Mechanical Engineering Freshers preferred.
• Strong academic fundamentals in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Internship or project experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated B.Tech Mechanical Engineering Freshers to join our team as Graduate Engineer Trainees. The selected candidates will undergo structured training and work on real-time projects across various engineering and operational functions. Based on business requirements and individual strengths, candidates may be assigned to one of the following departments:

• Supply Chain
• Supply Chain Quality
• Packaging & Crating
• Instructional Design

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on industry experience while building a strong foundation in engineering processes, quality, operations, and technical documentation.

Wondering what your Responsibilities would be?

• Assist in day-to-day engineering and operational activities.
• Analyse data and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Support process improvement and documentation initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely task completion.
• Learn and follow organizational processes, standards, and quality requirements.
• Prepare presentations, technical documents, and project updates.
• Participate in training programs and contribute to assigned projects.

Depending on the assigned department, responsibilities may include:

Supply Chain

• Assist with procurement, inventory management, supplier coordination, and logistics.
• Support data analysis and operational reporting.

Supply Chain Quality

• Support supplier quality activities, inspections, documentation, and process compliance.
• Assist in root cause analysis and quality improvement initiatives.

Packaging & Crating

• Assist in packaging design, material selection, crate planning, and shipment readiness.
• Ensure packaging meets quality and safety standards.

Instructional Design

• Develop technical training content, SOPs, work instructions, presentations, and learning materials.
• Support creation of visual and digital learning content for internal teams.

What Makes you Eligible?

• B. Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (2025/2026 Pass-outs or Freshers)
• Strong academic fundamentals in Mechanical Engineering.
• Internship or project experience will be an added advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, or similar).
• Familiarity with quality tools, manufacturing processes, or supply chain concepts.
• Exposure to Power BI, ERP systems, or technical documentation is an added advantage.
