Job summary

TekPillar® is looking for a proactive HR/Recruitment professional to join our Surat, Gujarat office. You will handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding coordination, ensuring a smooth candidate journey and timely closures.

The role welcomes freshers and 0–3 years of experience. You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn and other channels, screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements while building a strong

• Graduation completed (Mandatory).
• 0–3 years’ experience in recruitment/HR; freshers welcome.
• Basic knowledge of job portals like Naukri/LinkedIn.
