Job summary

Lenskart in Bangalore is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across Engineering, Product, and Data. You will run requisitions, collaborate with hiring managers, and drive closures end-to-end.

You will source via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub and referrals, build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and track metrics to optimize time-to-hire and outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of experience in Tech/Product hiring, end to end.
• Proven track record hiring SDEs, Product Managers, Designers, and Data roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle independently.
• Data-driven mindset with metrics to improve hiring outcomes.
• Experience Level Mid Level.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for roles across SDE, Product Management, Data Science, and Design from JD creation to offer rollout.
• Source actively using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, referrals, and communities.
• Engage with passive candidates and build pipelines for roles that aren't easy to fill.
• Work directly with engineering and product leaders to understand what they actually need and set realistic hiring timelines.
• Coordinate interviews, handle feedback loops, and make sure the process doesn't drag for candidates or interviewers.
• Track on TAT, funnel drop-offs, source mix and use them to course-correct.
• Handle offer negotiations and close candidates.
