Stealth Startup is seeking an ambitious Recruiter to identify and place exceptional talent across technical and business roles in a fully remote, commission-based position. You will source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other creative strategies, screen for fit, and build a strong candidate pipeline.

Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and drive successful placements while meeting hiring goals.
