Dimensionless Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Technical Recruiter with a solid grasp of technology who can speak credibly with engineers and data professionals.

You will own end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, with a strong focus on data hiring: Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, BI Developers, and Analytics Managers. You will partner with hiring managers, craft clear job descriptions, source candidates across multiple platforms, and manage full-cycle interviews

Formación

• 2-3 years of technical recruiting experience, with at least 1-2 years hiring for data or analytics roles.
• Proven ability to evaluate resumes and run first-round technical screens.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, tech stacks, and success profiles.
• Turn needs into clear job descriptions and sourcing plans.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Kaggle, Stack Overflow, data communities, referrals, and pools.
• Screen candidates on technical fundamentals such as SQL, Python, ETL/ELT, data warehousing, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Spark, Airflow, dbt, Power BI/Tableau, and ML basics.
• Manage the full cycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback, offer negotiation, and closing.
• Maintain a strong pipeline for urgent and future roles, including passive candidates.
• Track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, offer-acceptance rate, source effectiveness) and report regularly.
• Keep the ATS accurate and up to date.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience and strengthen the employer brand in data and tech community.

You will own end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, with a strong focus on data hiring: Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, BI Developers, and Analytics Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, tech stacks, and success profiles, and turn them into clear job descriptions and sourcing plans.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Kaggle, Stack Overflow, data communities, referrals, and talent pools.
• Screen candidates on technical fundamentals such as SQL, Python, ETL/ELT, data warehousing, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Spark, Airflow, dbt, Power BI/Tableau, and ML basics.
• Manage the full cycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback, offer negotiation, and closing.
• Maintain a strong pipeline for both urgent and future roles, including passive candidates.
• Track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, offer-acceptance rate, source effectiveness) and report regularly.

• Work with vendors or agencies when needed and manage their performance

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of technical recruiting experience, with at least 1-2 years hiring for data or analytics roles.
• Solid understanding of the data ecosystem: how roles like Data Engineer, Data Analyst, and Data Scientist differ, and how modern data stacks fit together.
• Proven ability to evaluate resumes and run first-round technical screens.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
