Job summary

Finflock Systems in India is offering a remote internship to support technical hiring for six months. You will map stack requirements, source candidates across platforms, and screen resumes focusing on Python, JavaScript, SQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, and cloud skills.

You’ll coordinate coding tests, schedule interviews, maintain the ATS, draft technical job descriptions, and monitor hiring metrics. Strong English communication and disciplined remote reporting are essential for success in this

• B.Tech/B.E./BCA/MCA/B.Sc (CS/IT) or related degree (completed or pursuing).
• Working knowledge of programming fundamentals (Python, SQL, JavaScript, APIs, and Git).
• Ability to understand and differentiate tech stacks: frontend, backend, databases, DevOps, cloud, data, and AI/ML.

Responsibilities

• Understanding technical hiring requirements from the engineering team, including tech stack, must-have skills, and experience level.
• Sourcing candidates through Internshala, LinkedIn, GitHub, Naukri, college placement cells, and tech communities using Boolean and X-ray search.
• Screening resumes, GitHub profiles, and portfolios to assess technical skills across Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI, Pandas, NumPy), JavaScript (React, Vue.js), Java, SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and AI/ML.
• Conducting first-round technical screening calls to evaluate fundamentals, project depth, and communication.
• Coordinating coding tests and assignments (HackerRank, HackerEarth, take-home tasks) with the tech team.
• Scheduling technical interviews, collecting feedback, and keeping candidates updated at every stage.
• Maintaining the hiring pipeline and candidate records in our tracker/ATS.
• Drafting technical job descriptions and screening questions.
• Tracking hiring metrics (applications, shortlist ratio, time-to-hire, offer acceptance) and sharing weekly reports.
• Managing offer roll-outs, onboarding coordination, and building a talent pool for future openings.

Other Requirements

1. 1. B.Tech/B.E./BCA/MCA/B.Sc (CS/IT) or a related technical degree (completed or pursuing)
2. 2. Working knowledge of programming fundamentals (Python, SQL, JavaScript, APIs, and Git), enough to hold meaningful technical conversations
3. 3. Ability to understand and differentiate tech stacks: frontend, backend, databases, DevOps, cloud, data, and AI/ML
4. 4. Exposure to Linux, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, and basic financial markets/data concepts is a plus
5. 5. Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition; prior campus recruitment, placement cell, or HR internship experience preferred
6. 6. Strong spoken and written English communication
7. 7. Organised and detail-oriented, able to handle high application volumes
8. 8. Self-driven and comfortable working remotely with daily reporting

• Stipend Structure:
• Fixed pay: ₹ 12,000 - 14,000 /month
• Incentive pay: ₹ 2,000 - 4,000 /month
