Job summary

Gritsa Technologies invites CS students for a full-time in-office internship in India. You will build features using agentic coding workflows, translate vague requirements into clear specs, and own AI-generated code from review to commit.

Work with Node.js, React and PostgreSQL, write tests, participate in code reviews, and contribute PRs to open source on GitHub. Stipend ranges ₹11,000–₹16,000 per month, plus incentives and perks.

Qualifications

• Must have CS/engineering background or equivalent coursework.
• Skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, React and PostgreSQL.
• English proficiency for written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. 1. Build and ship features for client and internal products using agentic coding workflows (Claude Code, Codex or similar)


2. 2. Turn vague requirements into clear specs, task breakdowns and acceptance tests that an agent can execute against


3. 3. Review AI-generated code line by line and own the result: you are accountable for every commit, whoever or whatever typed it


4. 4. Design and implement web applications with Node.js, React and PostgreSQL


5. 5. Debug and troubleshoot issues by reasoning from evidence, not by re-prompting until it works


6. 6. Write tests and use them to keep agent output honest


7. 7. Contribute to an open source repository on GitHub through real pull requests


8. 8. Take part in code reviews, giving and receiving direct feedback


9. 9. Track how the AI tooling landscape evolves and share what works with the team

Other Requirements:

1. Genuine passion for software development: you build things unprompted because you cannot help it


2. Strong logical reasoning: able to break a problem down, spot flaws in an argument and explain why code is wrong


3. Hands-on experience with a coding agent (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar) on a real project


4. Comfortable being wrong and iterating quickly


5. Computer Science, Engineering or MCA background preferred, not required if your work speaks for itself


6. Ambition to become an AI-stack engineer
