A leading staffing agency is seeking a Full-time Technical Recruiter in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and managing interviews. Requirements include 1–6 years experience in contract staffing and strong technical screening skills. The role requires excellent communication abilities and the capacity to manage pressure while working on multiple mandates. Immediate joiners or those able to join within a month are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Manage offer negotiation and post-offer engagement to ensure joining.
• Niche hiring and strong in sourcing for all the technical hiring
• Handle high-volume hiring within timelines, ensuring quality closures.
