Job summary

iDatalytics Technologies Pvt Ltd in Kochi, Infopark Phase 2 is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter for domestic IT recruitment. You will source, screen, and hire technical professionals across multiple technologies and Indian locations, maintaining strong candidate pipelines and stakeholder relations.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience, hands-on sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to manage end-to-end

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment.
• Strong sourcing across technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, ERP, and Cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indian job portals, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong knowledge of the Indian IT talent market and recruitment practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
