Teleradiology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (TRS) is seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore (Whitefield).

This role handles end-to-end recruitment for IT, AI, software, cloud, and related technical roles, working closely with hiring managers to fill critical positions. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in technical recruitment, excellent communication, and strong sourcing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Experience hiring for software development, infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, networking, cybersecurity, AI/ML, or other technical roles.
• Strong understanding of technical terminology and technology stacks.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle for technical positions, including IT, AI, software development, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and engineering roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, job responsibilities, and candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, portals, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and panels.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Negotiate compensation within company guidelines and assist in closing candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Support employer branding and participate in events and career fairs.
