Job summary

QpiAI India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support hiring across AI, Quantum Computing, software, hardware, and related deep-tech domains. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates, and manage end-to-end recruitment to fuel growth.

The role requires strong screening, coordination, and onboarding skills, with 1–4 years in technical recruitment and a BE/BTech plus MBA. You will build talent pipelines and drive hiring initiatives across multiple tech domains.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech degree and MBA qualification required, with 1–4 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
• End-to-end recruitment leadership including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and networking.
• Coordinate initial assessments and engage hiring teams for evaluations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand roles and hiring priorities.
• Schedule interviews with technical teams and leadership.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Drive hiring initiatives across Software, AI/ML, Hardware, Embedded, Semiconductor, VLSI and related domains.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and hiring reports.
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the process.

QpiAI India Limited is looking for a Technical Recruiter to support hiring across AI, Quantum Computing, Software, Hardware, Semiconductor, Embedded Systems, VLSI, and other deep-tech domains. The role involves partnering with hiring managers, identifying top talent, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process to support the company's growth objectives.

Eligibility Criteria (Strictly Mandatory)

Candidates must possess a BE/BTech degree and an MBA qualification, along with 1–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• MBA in Human Resources or related specialization
• 1–4 years of experience in Technical Recruitment
