• Guide cross-functional development teams through Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Serve as the central point of contact between technical teams, business leaders, and product management to communicate progress, manage scope changes, and allocate engineering resources.
• Define clear project milestones, maintain technical documentation, and track KPIs (velocity, burn-down rate, deployment frequency).
• Streamline continuous delivery pipelines, oversee software release cycles, and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and deployment quality.
