Qualifications

• PMP certification is highly desirable; CSM/CSPO beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of complex technical projects, from project initiation through completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Build and manage cross-functional project teams, assigning responsibilities, and providing guidance to team members.
• Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and report on project status to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive effective communication and collaboration across different teams, departments, and external vendors.

• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Additional certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Product Owner (CSPO), or relevant technical certifications can be beneficial.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
• Strong technical background with a good understanding of software development, infrastructure, and technology trends.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and manage diverse stakeholders, including executives, technical teams, and external partners.
