Job summary

Hashout Software Technologies actively seeks a highly motivated Technical Project Manager to lead complex software development initiatives in Bengaluru. You will define scope, schedules, and budgets, align technical teams with stakeholders, and drive on-time delivery while maintaining quality and transparency.

The role requires 5+ years of TPM experience, strong communication, and solid knowledge of SDLC and Agile methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in a technology-focused environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of modern web technologies, cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and software architecture is a plus.
