Hashout is an Adobe-focused digital experience partner that helps enterprise organizations modernize, build, and operate customer-facing digital platforms. Its expertise spans Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Commerce, AEM Guides, marketing automation, personalization, technical documentation, and managed services.
Hashout has delivered 200+ enterprise implementations and works with well-known global brands across industries such as BFSI, healthcare and life sciences, high-tech, higher education, manufacturing, and retail/e-commerce.
We're an Adobe Solution Silver Partner, ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certified, and known for staying accountable to clients well past go-live. Our team works across engineering, strategy, design, and leadership in a culture built on trust, flexibility, and collaboration.
As Head of PMO, you will own the design, governance, and execution discipline of Hashout's Project Management Office across all client engagements — spanning AEM Sites, AEM Guides, Adobe Commerce, and managed services accounts. You will be the senior escalation point for delivery risk, the architect of our project governance standards, and a key partner to sales, delivery, and client leadership in ensuring enterprise engagements are scoped, staffed, tracked, and delivered predictably and profitably.
This is a leadership role suited to someone who has run a PMO (or senior delivery function) inside a technology services/systems-integrator environment, ideally with exposure to Adobe Experience Cloud, CMS, or enterprise web/content platform projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and continuously improve Hashout's PMO framework — methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid), templates, RAID logs, status reporting cadences, and stage-gate reviews.
- Establish consistent standards for project charters, resourcing plans, budgets, and change control across all engagements.
- Own the tooling stack for project delivery (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent) and drive adoption across delivery teams.
- Maintain real-time visibility into the health of all active client engagements — timeline, budget, scope, resourcing, and risk.
- Act as the primary escalation point for at-risk projects; drive recovery plans in partnership with delivery leads and account owners.
- Track and report portfolio-level metrics: utilization, margin, on-time delivery, client satisfaction (CSAT/NPS), and resource forecasting.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
- Partner with Sales/Pre-Sales during scoping and SOW development to ensure delivery feasibility and realistic timelines.
- Serve as an escalation and governance contact for key enterprise clients (e.g., large AEM Sites/Guides/Commerce programs) alongside account leadership.
- Present portfolio and program status to leadership and, where required, to client steering committees.
People & Process Leadership
- Build, mentor, and manage a team of Project/Program Managers and Scrum Masters; define career paths and capability-building plans.
- Drive resource planning and capacity management in coordination with practice/engineering leads.
- Champion a culture of accountability, proactive risk management, and continuous process improvement across the delivery organization.
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
Experience
- 13+ years in project/program management, with 3–5+ years leading a PMO or senior delivery function within an IT services, digital agency, or systems-integrator environment.
- Proven track record managing a portfolio of concurrent enterprise client engagements (multi-workstream, multi-geography preferred).
- Experience in CMS/DXP, web platform, or enterprise content management delivery strongly preferred — Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Commerce, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Experience working with global/enterprise clients across industries such as BFSI, Healthcare, Higher Education, or High-Tech is an advantage.
Skills
- Deep fluency in both Agile and Waterfall/hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Strong financial acumen — budgeting, margin management, resource forecasting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills, including direct client-facing governance experience.
- Hands-on experience with PM tooling (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar) and reporting/BI tools for portfolio dashboards.
- Strong people leadership — experience building and mentoring PM teams.
Certifications (preferred, not mandatory)
- PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent
