About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Technical Project Manager to join our Bangalore team. This role is ideal for an MBA graduate with 0–3 years of experience who is passionate about technology and project management. You will support the planning and execution of technical projects while working closely with senior project leads, gaining hands‑on exposure to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities

Project Support: Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables for digital transformation initiatives.

Coordination: Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and proper documentation.

Planning: Support the creation and maintenance of detailed project plans, schedules, and resource trackers.

Monitoring: Track project progress and help identify potential risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.

Agile Facilitation: Assist with Agile ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and action items.

Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with client expectations.

Qualifications

Education: MBA in Project Management, IT Management, or a related field (mandatory).

Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical discipline is strongly preferred.

Experience: 2+ years of experience (internships or academic projects in a technical environment are an added advantage).

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.

Methodologies: Basic to strong understanding of SDLC and Agile frameworks (Scrum / Kanban).

Tools: Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or MS Project is a plus.

Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented problem solver with the ability to multitask and learn quickly.
