Responsibilities

• Manage projects through the complete SDLC from initiation through deployment and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional teams comprising Developers, QA, BA, Architects, DevOps, and other technical stakeholders.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Engineering Teams, and Senior Management to ensure delivery.
• Track progress, risks, issues, and blockers and drive resolution.
• Identify and manage risks and escalation processes.
• Monitor budgets, resources, timelines, and delivery performance.
• Communicate status through reports, dashboards, steering committee updates, and presentations.
• Coordinate with technical teams on architecture, integrations, APIs, cloud infra, databases, and dependencies.
• Work with Engineering and QA to ensure quality, security, performance, and releases.
• Manage dependencies across teams, vendors, and third-party systems.
• Coordinate UAT, production releases, deployment activities, and post-production support.
• Maintain project documentation: requirements, RAID logs, meeting minutes, release notes.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.

Role & responsibilities

Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in managing end-to-end software development and technology projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong combination of technical understanding, project management expertise, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery experience.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering multiple technology projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects throughout the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from initiation through deployment and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and success criteria.

• Coordinate with technical teams to understand architecture, integrations, APIs, cloud infrastructure, databases, and application dependencies.
• Work closely with Engineering and QA teams to ensure adherence to quality, security, performance, and release standards.
• Manage project dependencies across multiple teams, vendors, and third-party systems.
• Coordinate UAT, production releases, deployment activities, and post-production support.
• Establish and maintain project documentation, including requirements, plans, RAID logs, meeting minutes, and release documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve delivery efficiency, quality, and team productivity.
• Ensure projects comply with organizational processes, governance standards, and security requirements.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of SDLC and software development methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and/or hybrid project delivery models.
• Good understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Understanding of REST APIs, system integrations, microservices, databases, and application architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, source control, and deployment processes.
• Experience working with project management and Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of QA, testing, UAT, release management, and production deployment processes.
• Ability to understand technical discussions and effectively communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
