Designation: Technical Project Manager

Location: Gurugram, India

Affle is seeking a proactive, technically sound Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master with 5+ years of experience to drive the execution of mobile advertising, AdTech, and platform engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of managing cross-functional and globally distributed teams, leading Agile transformations, and operating in a fast-paced, data-driven, and AI-first environment. Reporting directly to the leadership, this role ensures timely, high-quality product releases, optimized resource allocation, and continuous process improvement across Affle's product suite.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Agile Leadership & Facilitation: Act as Scrum Master facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• KPI & Delivery Management: Track and report critical project KPIs—such as velocity, release cadence, defect leakage, SLA adherence, and Time-to-Market TTM- to leadership.
• Global Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-geography stakeholders across time zone (India, SEA, North America) for aligned project execution.
• Resource & Budget Management: Oversee resource allocation and budgeting across multiple projects and teams (including experience with teams of 30+ resources).
• AI-First PM & Automation: Utilize AI tools to automate status reporting, generate project insights, improve forecasting accuracy, and automate repetitive PM tasks.
• Compliance & Risk Oversight: Ensure adherence to relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) for mobile advertising and implement risk management frameworks.
• Continuous Improvement: Champion process enhancements using automation, Six Sigma/8D methodologies, and AI-driven project intelligence.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering Computer Science, Electronics/Communications, or related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required; PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe is a plus.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies. Proven experience leading Agile transformations and platform/system migrations (e.g., legacy to modern systems).
• Technical fluency with APIs, data pipelines, DevOps/CI-CD workflows, SQL, Python, JavaScript, and AWS. Understanding of mobile app ecosystems, programmatic advertising, RTB, attribution, user acquisition, and retargeting.
• Hands-on proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Slack, Google Workspace, and MIRO. Experience with BI/Analytics tools (MS Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).
• Working knowledge of generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and AI-powered planning/forecasting tools (ClickUp AI, Motion, etc.).
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Power Automate, or scripting).
• Exceptional stakeholder management, data-driven analytical skills, strong ownership mentality, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
