Job summary

Neutrino Advisory in Mumbai seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex technical initiatives across Data Analytics, Cloud (Azure/AWS) and Microsoft 365 platforms, including SharePoint and Power Platform.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, timelines and budgets, and deliver solutions on time and within client expectations, while guiding agile ceremonies and stakeholder communications across distributed locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of project management in technical environments.
• Experience with JIRA, ADO, Monday.com, ServiceNow.
• PMP/PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in Data Analytics, BI/Reporting, Cloud Implementations, MS 365 environments.
• Ability to lead distributed teams and remote delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support M365-based project engagements, particularly involving SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to define scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Manage project plans, track milestones, identify risks, and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.
• Coordinate closely with engineers, analysts, client services, and QA specialists to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure alignment of project outcomes with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and document KPIs, timelines, risks and mitigation plans.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (as applicable) and enforce best practices in project delivery.
• Prepare regular status updates and executive reports / presentations for clients and leadership.
• Manage vendor coordination, budgets, and contract compliance (where applicable).

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the execution of complex technical projects with a strong focus on Data Analytics, Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Power BI, Teams, etc.), and Microsoft 365 platforms (including SharePoint and Power Platform).

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing cross-functional teams, driving stakeholder engagement, and delivering high-impact solutions on time and within budget.

• Proven experience managing projects in Data Analytics, BI/Reporting, Cloud Implementations, and Microsoft 365 environments.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.

• Strong understanding of Agile, SDLC, M365 project delivery frameworks, and data project lifecycles.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment.

• Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and security concepts.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow workflows, ticketing, and change management processes.

• Ability to lead geographically distributed teams and manage remote delivery models.
