Job summary

Rysun Labs is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise application deliveries with a strong Microsoft technology background. You will work hands-on with .NET, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Azure, driving Agile project management, stakeholder communication, and technical solution delivery.

Responsibilities include end-to-end delivery, scope/budget/risk management, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring quality standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with .NET technologies including .NET Core/.NET Framework and ASP.NET MVC/Web API.
• Proven expertise in SharePoint Online/On-Premises and Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Strong understanding of Azure Cloud Services and SQL Server design.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.

The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in .NET technologies, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Azure, along with expertise in Agile project management, stakeholder communication, and technical solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, from requirement gathering to deployment and post-production support.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource planning.
• Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Review solution architecture and provide technical guidance to development teams.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, coding best practices, and delivery processes.
• Manage client communication, status reporting, and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including Development, QA, DevOps, and Business Analysts.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience in Microsoft .NET technologies (.NET Core/.NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC/Web API)
