Job summary

LTM in India seeks a GenAI Project Lead with 12+ years of experience to drive complex AI initiatives. You will lead PoC-to-deployment on Azure, govern RAG pipelines and LLM-based assistants, and coordinate cross-functional teams including offshore stakeholders.

Deep knowledge of Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and AI governance is essential for success. Strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with proven project management, are required to deliver on time and on budget while mitigating

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of GenAI projects, from PoC to deployment on Azure, managing scope, timelines, and budget.
• Supervise technical teams in developing RAG pipelines, LLM-based assistants, and agentic workflows.
• Coordinate the implementation and extension of Microsoft 365 Copilots and custom Copilot Studio agents.
• Manage GenAI‑specific risks, including hallucination mitigation, privacy, and Responsible AI guardrails.
• Ensure compliance with internal AI governance and standards.
• Execute large-scale migrations and implementations on Azure services.
• Drive multi-stakeholder collaboration with client offshore and cross-functional teams.
• Apply GenAI concepts: RAG, LLM, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and project management tools.
• Maintain strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Experience : 12+ yrs only

Must have experience in AI domain or Gen AI projects

• Lead the full lifecycle of GenAI projects, from proof-of-concept (PoC) to deployment on Azure, managing scope, timelines, and budget
• Supervise technical teams in developing RAG pipelines, LLM-based assistants, and agentic workflows
• Coordinate the implementation and extension of Microsoft 365 Copilots and custom Copilot Studio agents
• Manage GenAI‑specific risks, including hallucination mitigation, data privacy (PII masking), and Responsible AI guardrails, ensuring compliance with internal AI governance
• Should have executed large scale Migrations Implementations.
• Experienced in driving major IT projects managing multiple priorities simultaneously setting timelines holding people accountable and delivering projects on time and on budget.Experienced in Azure Services technologies
• Expertise in planning and managing multiple stakeholders including client offshore and cross functional teams to deliver the projects
• Understanding of GenAI, RAG, LLM, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, Copilot ADO or any project Management tools
