Job summary

Promaynov Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd. Bengaluru (Hybrid) invites a Manager - AI Development to lead end-to-end AI initiatives across multiple corporate functions. You will architect scalable AI solutions, leverage Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform, and integrate these with existing enterprise systems.

The role requires 10+ years of AI/ML delivery, strong Python/Java skills, and a track record in enterprise solution design, governance, and ROI demonstration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in AI/ML or related fields with hands-on AI delivery experience.
• Proven experience with Copilot Studio, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras and Azure.
• Strong solution development/consulting background with Python or Java.
• Experience delivering AI projects end-to-end from ideation to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI initiatives across HR, Finance, Risk, Legal, IT, Admin, etc.
• Design enterprise AI architecture using suitable models, platforms and orchestration patterns.
• Build AI solutions with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Develop AI apps using Python, APIs, Azure services and enterprise systems.
• Drive automation and workflow transformation with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI.
• Define scalable deployment architectures with CI/CD, containers, and cloud platforms.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with data privacy, security controls, and regulatory requirements.

Role: Manager - AI Development

Experience: 10-14 years

Location: Bangalore & Gurgaon

Mode: Hybrid

As a Manager in the IT team, your responsibilities will include: (Candidates need to share their cover letter along with the updated resume which will consist of their relevant exp. + certifications usage in their career)

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives across corporate functions namely HR, Finance, Risk, Legal, IT, Admin, etc.


• Design optimal enterprise AI architecture by picking right models, platforms, orchestration patterns while leveraging Microsoft AI services to deliver reliable, high-quality, secure, scalable, and cost-efficient solutions.


• Build AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio and the Power platform.


• Develop and integrate AI applications using Python, APIs, Azure services and enterprise systems.


• Drive automation and workflow transformation using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI for intelligent insights, process optimization and decision support.


• Define scalable deployment architectures, leveraging CI/CD, containerization and enterprise cloud platforms.


• Work closely with Corporate function teams to ensure that AI solutions are developed and launched as per specifications and timelines and translated into scalable solutions.


• Ensure that AI solutions comply with KPMG’s data privacy, security controls, access management, and regulatory requirements to ensure responsible AI adoption.


• Optimize AI solutions for performance, speed, resource efficiency, and business outcomes by demonstrating success of AI projects with ROI.


• Establish reusable AI standards, architecture patterns, and implementation best practices.

Work Experience

• 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or related fields, with hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI solutions.


• Proven experience with AI frameworks such as Copilot studio, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras, and cloud platforms like Azure.


• Strong background in solution development / consulting, including experience with Python, Java, or similar programming languages.


• Hands-on experience in executing AI projects through all phases, from ideation and prototype to production and value creation

Mandatory Skills

• Expertise across Microsoft AI ecosystem – Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure services.


• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, MCP, Prompt engineering, vector DBs, and enterprise AI architecture inclusive of Responsible AI.


• Good understanding of AI/ML algorithms, data analytics, data strategy, model optimization, and deployment strategies.


• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and how AI is priced: licensing and commercial models.


• Excellent stakeholder management, consulting and project delivery skills


• Highly articulate with excellent communication and presentation skills


• Willingness to continually learn and try new approaches/methodologies
