Job summary

Eice Technology is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI and GenAI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. You will work with AI Solution Architects to create secure, scalable implementations for enterprise customers.

Responsibilities include building using Azure OpenAI, creating RAG pipelines, and integrating with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform while ensuring governance and observability across deployments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software, cloud, or data/AI engineering.
• 1-2 years of hands-on GenAI or LLM solutions, preferably on Azure.
• Experience delivering at least one AI/GenAI production solution using Microsoft tech.
• Understanding of security, data privacy, and responsible AI principles.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering or related field.
• Microsoft AI certifications such as AI-102 or AZ-204 preferred.

About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer with 4+ years of experience in software or cloud engineering and practical exposure to the Microsoft AI ecosystem. Working alongside our AI Solution Architects, you will build, integrate, and deploy secure, scalable, and production-ready AI and Generative AI solutions for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI & Generative AI solutions using Microsoft AI technologies, based on architecture defined by senior team members.
• Build applications and integrations using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Services, Azure AI Search, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Implement RAG pipelines, AI Agents, and semantic search components, including document ingestion, chunking, embedding, and retrieval.
• Design, test, and iterate on prompts; implement function calling / tool use for agent workflows.
• Apply AI governance, security, guardrails, and evaluation standards as defined by the architecture team.
• Set up model evaluation, logging, and observability for deployed AI solutions.
• Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph, and Azure services.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing across projects.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and customer teams to deliver solutions on time.
