Job summary

Bandhan Technologies Private Limited seeks an experienced Project Manager with 7-8 years of IT project management and strong exposure to AI/GenAI to lead AI-driven initiatives across business and tech teams. You will steward end-to-end delivery, translate requirements into objectives and milestones, and coordinate AI/ML engineers, data scientists, architects, and product owners.

The role emphasizes Agile ceremonies, risk management, production deployments, and governance while ensuring business

Qualifications

• 78 years of experience in IT Project Management / Technology Delivery.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end technology projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong exposure to AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, LLMs, or AI-powered applications.
• Good understanding of GenAI concepts such as LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, and AI-based automation.
• Experience managing AI/GenAI PoCs or implementations will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of AI/GenAI projects, within scope, timelines, quality, and budgets.
• Translate business requirements into project objectives, deliverables, milestones, and execution plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including AI/ML engineers, developers, data scientists, architects, and business teams.
• Drive AI/GenAI PoCs, pilots, and production implementations.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, resources, and overall project health.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
• Manage project governance, stakeholder communication, status reporting, and leadership reviews.
• Work with technical teams to understand and track AI lifecycle activities such as data readiness, model development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Support prioritization of AI use cases based on business value, feasibility, effort, and expected outcomes.
• Proactively identify risks and drive mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure effective transition of solutions from development/PoC to production and business adoption.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 7-8 years of IT project management experience and strong exposure to AI/Generative AI. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of AI-driven technology initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, data scientists, and AI/ML teams.

The ideal candidate should combine strong project delivery, stakeholder management, Agile practices, and AI/GenAI understanding to drive projects from ideation/PoC through production.
