Job summary

Ambit Software in Pune seeks an AI Developer to build secure, scalable production-ready applications using Azure AI and Generative AI technologies. You will work on RAG solutions, AI agents, and LLM-powered business apps from concept to production.

You will bring hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry / OpenAI, RAG pipelines, embeddings and vector search, plus strong C#/.NET skills to deliver robust, enterprise-grade solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry or Azure OpenAI.
• Experience building RAG and LLM-powered applications.
• Understanding of embeddings, vector search, and context management.
• Experience with Azure Cosmos DB vector search or similar.
• Strong development with C# / .NET / ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Familiarity with Python, Azure SDKs, Entra ID and Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of AI security, evaluation, observability and responsible AI.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field is preferred. Relevant hands-on experience and AI projects are also valued.
