Job summary

Dhyati is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead and manage complex technology programs in India. You will coordinate across engineering, product, business, and client teams to define requirements, priorities, and timelines.

The ideal candidate has 10–12 years of experience in technical program management, a strong technology background, and proven ability to manage multiple workstreams with Agile practices and Jira. Excellent communication is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology programs and projects.
• Work closely with engineering, product, business, and client teams to define requirements, priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Drive cross-functional coordination, track dependencies, identify risks, and resolve blockers.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical discussions and actionable plans.
• Monitor project progress, manage timelines and resources, and ensure successful delivery.
• Communicate program status, risks, and key updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive Agile delivery processes, including planning, tracking, and continuous improvement.

CORE QUALIFICATIONS

• 10–12 years of overall experience, including significant experience in Technical Project or Program Management.
• Strongtechnology backgroundwith the ability to understand software development, architecture, cloud technologies, APIs, and technical dependencies.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional technology programs and multiple workstreams.
• Strong stakeholder, client, team, and vendor management skills.
• Experience withAgile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.

PREFERRED

• Technical background insoftware engineering, cloud, or enterprise applications.
• PMP, Scrum, or other relevant project/program management certifications.
• Experience working with distributed teams and enterprise clients.
