Job summary

WhiteLotus Talent Partners is seeking a Technical Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to oversee application delivery in Microsoft technology environments. You will drive delivery acceleration, strengthen Agile practices, and establish governance across multiple workstreams.

You will coordinate engineering activities, manage risks, and lead stakeholder communications to ensure timely milestones and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of C#, REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• A hands-on development background is desirable.
• Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of approved initiatives to improve delivery efficiency.
• Identify delivery bottlenecks and proactively mitigate risks.
• Coordinate dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure timely delivery against agreed milestones and commitments.
• Strengthen Agile delivery discipline across teams.
• Promote continuous improvement and delivery best practices.
• Establish clear project governance and reporting mechanisms.
• Maintain RAID logs, action trackers, and project plans.
• Drive stakeholder communication and governance meetings.
• Coordinate engineering activities across development, testing, DevOps, and production support teams.
• Track delivery of technical initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Understand technical dependencies and assist in delivery planning.
• Drive planning and execution of technical debt remediation initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering leads to prioritize modernization activities.
• Track progress against technical improvement roadmaps.
