Job summary

BrickRed Systems is seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery/Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of large-scale Microsoft technology programs. You will lead multi-workstream delivery, provide engineering leadership, and ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.

The role requires 11+ years in delivery leadership, deep Microsoft stack expertise, and strong stakeholder management, including global teams. A commanding governance posture and commitment to continuous improvement are essential.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of experience in technical delivery/program management.
• Strong grounding in Microsoft technology stack (.NET, Azure, Azure DevOps).
• Proven Agile/Scrum and SAFe delivery experience at scale (30–100+ engineers).
• Strong stakeholder and client management, including global teams and enterprise customers.
• Hands-on familiarity with Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale Microsoft technology programs across multiple workstreams.
• Provide engineering leadership to guide teams to high-quality, on-time delivery.
• Drive Agile execution, sprint planning, release planning, and governance across Scrum/SAFe.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations to prevent blockers.
• Coordinate between customer stakeholders, architects, product owners, and engineering teams.
• Monitor delivery metrics and enforce governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Champion continuous improvement and operational efficiency within the program.
• Mentor senior leads and build bench strength within the engineering organization.

About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned Technical Delivery/Program Manager to own and drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale, enterprise Microsoft technology programs. This is a high-visibility role for someone who has led complex, multi-workstream engineering programs — someone equally comfortable in a stakeholder steering committee and a sprint planning session. You'll sit at the intersection of technical depth and delivery leadership, directly shaping outcomes for a marquee Microsoft technology engagement.

What You'll Own

• End-to-end delivery of the program across multiple concurrent workstreams — scope, timelines, quality, and outcomes
• Engineering leadership — guide teams to consistent, high-quality, on-time delivery
• Agile execution — drive sprint planning, release planning, and governance across Agile/Scrum and SAFe frameworks
• Risk & escalation management — proactively manage scope, dependencies, risks, and escalations before they become blockers
• Stakeholder orchestration — be the connective tissue between customer stakeholders, architects, product owners, and engineering teams
• Delivery metrics — monitor KPIs across productivity, quality, and resource utilization, and act on what the data tells you
• Governance & compliance — ensure engineering best practices, security, and compliance standards are consistently met
• Continuous improvement — champion process excellence and operational efficiency across the program
• People leadership — mentor Team Leads and build bench strength within the engineering organization
• Executive communication — deliver crisp, regular status updates and delivery reporting to leadership

What You Bring

• 11+ years of experience in technical delivery/program management, with strong grounding in the Microsoft technology stack (.NET, Azure, Azure DevOps)
• Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum and SAFe delivery models
• Track record of program planning and execution at scale — ideally managing 30–100+ engineering resources
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills, including experience with global teams and enterprise customers
• Hands‑on familiarity with Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Confluence
• Demonstrated ability to manage risk, dependencies, and escalations without losing sight of delivery outcomes

Preferred Background

• Experience handling Microsoft as a direct/end client is a strong plus
• Background delivering large-scale Microsoft/.NET and Azure-based enterprise programs
• Prior experience with Microsoft, HCL, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Accenture, Capgemini, LTIMindtree, or similar Tier-1 IT organizations
• Strong client-facing experience managing global, distributed engineering teams

Preferred Certifications

• PMP or PRINCE2
