Job summary

Forsys in Hyderabad is seeking a Technical Project Manager with 7–10 years of experience to lead complex projects in a hybrid work environment. You will create project plans, track progress, coordinate with QA, and ensure proper documentation and governance.

Applicants should have 5+ years of Salesforce CPQ/CLM and Oracle experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management with experience in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Strong experience with Salesforce CPQ/CLM and Oracle.
• Exposure to ERP and application landscape and interdependencies is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

Hours : Regular shift 9AM to 6PM
Location : Hybrid/Work from office 5 days a week

Responsibilities:
Create project plan
Track project plan activities
Manage project related governance and hygiene items
Facilitate effective communication channels among team members/stakeholders, provide regular project
updates
Coordinate with QA to ensure proper testing/QA methodologies are followed
Ensure comprehensive documentation of project requirements, processes, and deliverables
Team resourcing and assigning project tasks.
Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in Project management with experience in solutioning scrum and agile
  methodologies
• Minimum of 5+ years of Salesforce CPQ/CLM/Oracle experience
• Exposure to ERP and application landscape and interdependencies along with understanding of data and
  information flows preferred
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, troubleshooting, and analytical skills to setup and interpret logic,
  data, and rule relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated listening, analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and cross-functionally, including in high-pressure situations.
