Qualifications

• Strong grasp of sprint delivery health metrics, capacity planning and staffing management.
• Experience setting and enforcing engineering quality standards across concurrent teams.
• Must be technically stronger than a Technical Lead, with hands-on experience in modern application development, system design, architecture oversight, code reviews, and production issue resolution.
• Comfortable owning release-readiness and launch-position verification processes.
• Proven ability to mentor Technical Leads and senior engineers while remaining hands-on to challenge solution choices.

Job Overview

Leads delivery execution across the three delivery teams while operating as a senior, hands‑on technical leader above Technical Lead level. The role requires strong engineering depth, active involvement in technical decision‑making, sprint delivery health, capacity and staffing management, engineering quality standards, and cross‑team dependency resolution.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years engineering or delivery management experience across multi‑team software programs
• Strong grasp of sprint delivery health metrics, capacity planning and staffing management
• Experience setting and enforcing engineering quality standards across concurrent teams
• Must be technically stronger than a Technical Lead, with hands‑on experience in modern application development, system design, architecture oversight, code reviews, and production issue resolution
• Comfortable owning release‑readiness and launch‑position verification processes
• Proven ability to mentor Technical Leads and senior engineers while remaining hands‑on enough to challenge solution choices and guide implementation quality
• Experience escalating and resolving delivery risk in a client‑facing engagement

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing staffing/backfill across a 25+ person delivery organization
• Familiarity with AI/RAG delivery quality standards specifically

Education B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or a related field, MBA preferred, or equivalent practical experience; PMP or PgMP certification an advantage.
