Job summary

Milestone Technologies, Inc. seeks a seasoned Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end technical program delivery across multiple Agile teams, aligning business priorities, architecture decisions, and governance.

You will partner with Product Owners, Architects, Engineering Leads, QA, DevOps, and client stakeholders to drive plans, dependencies, and risk mitigation for complex AI, data, and platform initiatives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in technology delivery with 5+ years leading complex software, data, or AI/ML programs.
• Strong understanding of modern application architecture, APIs, cloud platforms and DevOps.
• Experience managing multi-team Agile delivery, sprint planning, release planning, risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Own program planning, tracking, dependency management, and governance across workstreams
• Translate priorities into actionable plans with milestones and objectives
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Architects, Engineering Leads, QA, DevOps and stakeholders to remove blockers and manage cross-team dependencies
• Drive sprint, release, and launch-readiness reviews across teams
• Maintain RAID logs, decision registers, dependency trackers, dashboards, and governance reporting
• Facilitate technical discussions and escalation reviews across groups
• Ensure delivery teams follow Agile/SAFe ceremonies, engineering standards, and compliance expectations

Job Overview

Leads end-to-end technical program delivery across multiple Agile delivery teams, ensuring alignment between business priorities, architecture decisions, engineering execution, release readiness, and stakeholder governance. The role requires strong technical depth, program management discipline, and the ability to drive complex AI, data, and platform initiatives from planning through launch.

Key responsibilities

• Own technical program planning, execution tracking, dependency management, and delivery governance across multiple workstreams
• Translate business priorities and architecture direction into actionable program plans, milestones, sprint objectives, and measurable outcomes
• Coordinate closely with Product Owners, Architects, Engineering Leads, QA, DevOps, and client stakeholders to remove blockers and manage cross-team dependencies
• Drive sprint, release, and launch-readiness reviews, ensuring delivery commitments are tracked against scope, quality, timeline, and risk expectations
• Maintain RAID logs, decision registers, dependency trackers, status dashboards, and executive-ready governance reporting
• Facilitate technical discussions, trade-off decisions, escalation reviews, and stakeholder alignment meetings across business and engineering groups
• Ensure delivery teams follow agreed Agile / SAFe ceremonies, engineering standards, documentation discipline, and compliance expectations

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of technology delivery experience, including 5+ years managing complex software, data, cloud, AI/ML, or platform engineering programs
• Strong technical understanding of modern application architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, DevOps, data pipelines, AI/ML or GenAI delivery patterns
• Proven experience managing multi-team Agile delivery, sprint planning, release planning, dependency tracking, and delivery risk mitigation
• Ability to work with architects and engineering leads to understand solution trade-offs, technical debt, implementation risks, and quality concerns
• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, governance reporting, and escalation management skills
• Experience delivering in governed, regulated, or enterprise client environments; pharma or life-sciences experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PgMP, SAFe Agilist, SAFe RTE, CSM, or equivalent program / Agile delivery certification
• Experience managing client-facing AI, data platform, cloud modernization, enterprise SaaS, or regulated digital transformation programs
• Hands-on familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, GitLab, dashboarding, and program governance tooling

Education

B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile certification preferred.
