Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience.
- 3+ years leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong experience in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and solution definition.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work with business leaders and technical teams.
- Hands-on Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and user story creation.
- Proficient in Confluence for requirements documentation and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams.
- Build relationships with business leaders to understand strategic goals, challenges, and opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews to elicit business requirements.
- Drive consensus among cross-functional stakeholders and ensure alignment on priorities.
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, use cases, and detailed functional specifications.
- Define acceptance criteria and support testing activities.
- Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring traceability and alignment with business objectives.
- Partner with Product Managers and engineering teams to support solution delivery.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and strategic objectives.
- Ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectations, business requirements, and quality standards.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Conduct impact assessments and recommend scalable solutions.
- Support change management and user adoption activities.
- Develop business cases and value realization metrics for key initiatives.
- Strong project coordination and delivery management across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives, priorities, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations simultaneously.
- Experience supporting Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Maintain project documentation, requirement repositories, and process artifacts.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level status updates and presentations.
- Work with technology teams to define requirements for digital platforms, reporting solutions, automation initiatives, and data-driven capabilities.
- Support initiatives involving analytics, forecasting, knowledge management, and workflow automation.

Lead Business Systems Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Systems Analyst (Lead BSA) to partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology organizations to deliver innovative digital solutions.
