Yotta Data Services Private Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional IT engineering projects. You will define scope, craft detailed plans, manage timelines and risks, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include end-to-end project delivery, budget tracking, stakeholder communication, and driving process improvements. Strong Agile experience and stakeholder management are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in technical project management or IT engineering environments.
• Proven ability to define scope, develop plans, manage timelines and risks.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and manage project plans, schedules, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects ensuring scope, cost, and quality objectives are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Manage project scope, change requests, and priorities to align with business objectives.
• Track project milestones, critical path activities, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure action items are clearly documented and completed on time.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership in a clear and structured manner.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, tools, and best practices.
• Support innovation initiatives and ensure delivery of value-driven outcomes for clients.

Job Scope :

The role requires strong project management expertise, solid technical understanding, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business stakeholders. You will be responsible for defining project scope, developing detailed project plans, managing timelines and risks, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
