Job summary

Yotta Data Services Private Limited is seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to drive delivery across IT engineering projects. You will define scope, develop detailed plans, manage timelines and risk, and ensure timely, high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with developers, designers, and business stakeholders, plus experience guiding Agile projects, budgeting, and stakeholder communication at leadership level.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in technical project management or IT engineering environments.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering or related field.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, ITIL).

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage project plans, schedules, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects ensuring scope, cost, and quality objectives are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Manage project scope, change requests, and priorities to align with business objectives.
• Track project milestones, critical path activities, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure action items are clearly documented and completed on time.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership in a clear and structured manner.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, tools, and best practices.
• Support innovation initiatives and ensure delivery of value-driven outcomes for clients.
