Job summary

Kumaran Systems is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the migration of legacy Oracle Forms applications to modern Python/Django web applications.

You will manage end-to-end planning, oversee cross-functional teams including analysts, architects, developers, QA and DevOps, and ensure on-time delivery, data integrity, and a smooth production release.

The role requires 10+ years of PM experience, strong communication, and familiarity with AI tools such as Co-pilot and ChatGPT.

Qualifications

• Fluent communication and articulation skills.
• Strong project management experience with tools and techniques.
• Proficient in Python, Django, REST APIs, and modern web architecture.
• Experience in legacy modernization or migration projects.
• Exposure to SDLC and related processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Oracle Forms, Database and PL/SQL is a plus.
• Experience with AI tools like Co-pilot and ChatGPT.
