Job summary

UST in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned Project Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end software projects across web and mobile platforms. You will define scope, timelines, risks, and resource plans, ensuring delivery on time and within quality expectations.

Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical deliverables, review proposals, and drive SDLC governance and security standards.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of experience in project management and delivery.
• Experience leading end-to-end delivery of custom software development projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of custom software projects across web and mobile, including CI/CD and AWS deployment.
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource plans.
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope and quality expectations.
• Track progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Engage with business stakeholders and IT teams to capture requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical deliverables.
• Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and DB specialists.
• Review proposals, estimates, and implementation approaches.
