Job summary

Acronotics Inc seeks a highly organized Technical Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects. You will bridge engineering and business stakeholders, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and aligning with technical goals.

Responsibilities include coordinating with engineering, product, design, and business teams, translating requirements into technical tasks, managing timelines and risks, and driving process improvements to meet quality and security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
• Experience working directly with engineering teams on technical initiatives.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation and architecture diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects, from requirements gathering through deployment and post-launch review.
• Partner closely with engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and success criteria.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks and project plans.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives (as applicable).
• Track project progress using appropriate tools and report status to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify and resolve technical and non-technical blockers.
• Manage change requests and ensure scope alignment.
• Ensure projects meet quality, security, and compliance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

This role bridges the gap between engineering teams and business stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with technical and strategic goals.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Azure DevOps, or similar
  
• PMP, CSM, SAFe, or other relevant certifications
