Job Description

We are hiring a Technical Project Manager (TPM) with hands-onexperience in software architecture, modern technology stacks,and AI/LLM-based tools. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-endsoftware development projects, collaborate with global clients, andensure high-quality, on-time deliverables.

This role requires a technicallystrong leader with expertise in web/mobile development, capable ofdriving both traditional and AI-powered projects. Experience with presales, solutioning, and cloud-based services isessential.

Requirements

• Manage multiple software projects from discovery to deployment.
  
• Serveas the main point of contact for clients, internal teams,and third-party vendors.
  
• Translate business requirements into technical architectures,including AI/LLM-driven solutions.
  
• Contributeto presales activities: discovery sessions, effortestimation, and technical proposals.
  
• Lead Agile/Scrumceremonies and manage project timelines, resource planning,and documentation.
  
• Drive sprintplanning, task estimation, and retrospectives whileenforcing SDLC best practices.
  
• Review code, design documents, and guide teams on softwarearchitecture.
  
• Stayup to date with emerging technologies, especially in AI/ML, LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, LangChain), and DevOps.
  
• Ensureproper implementation of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices,and secure deployments.
  
• Identifyand manage project risks, ensuring scope, budget, and deadlines aremaintained.
  
• Mentorteam members, conduct performance reviews, and deliver technicaltraining.
  
• Participate in technicalinterviews and help with talent acquisition .
  

Must-Have Technical Skills

• Deepunderstanding of software design patterns, object-orientedprogramming, and architectural models (Monolithic, N-tier, Microservices).
  
• Proficiencyin at least one full-stack:
  
• Frontend: ReactJS, Angular, VueJS
  
• Strongin RESTful APIs, SOAP, and JSON/XML data formats.
  
• Experiencewith CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven, or Gradle.
  
• Familiaritywith cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, andcontainerization via Docker/Kubernetes.
  
• Exposureto AI/LLM tools, such as AI APIs, prompt engineering,etc.
  
• Familiaritywith AI-powered coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, CodeWhisperer, or similar AI-assisted development environments for enhancing productivity, code completion, refactoring, anddocumentation.
  
• Experiencewith relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQLdatabases (MongoDB, Cassandra, Hadoop).
  
• Understandingof enterprise messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ,or MuleSoft.
  
• Scripting and DevOpsautomation experience is a plus.
  

Required Experience

• 10+years in software development, with 3–5 years in a technicalproject management role.
  
• Experiencedelivering AI-integrated applications, including low-code/no-code platforms.
  
• Managed cross-functional teams (15–20 engineers) across offshore andglobal delivery models.
  
• Strongcapabilities in project documentation, effort estimation,and client communication.
  
• Comfortableleading client-facing discussions, including daily stand-ups with international stakeholders.
