Job summary

Google Bengaluru is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Workspace Monetization to lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs from requirements to launch. You will coordinate with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to plan, manage risks, and communicate tradeoffs to executives.

This role emphasizes strong PM experience, stakeholder management, Agile methods, and SDLC discipline to drive impactful outcomes across Google Cloud initiatives.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of experience in project management.
• Experience in Program Management or Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Agile Methodologies and Software Development Life-Cycle Management.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree, PhD, or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical related field.
• 2 years of experience in Software Engineering, Software Infrastructure Engineering, Security, Big Data and Analytics, or Cloud Networking.
• Familiarity with creating dashboards and scripting to improve automation and processes.
• Ability to drive technical discussions or resolve technical issues with engineering leads.

• Drive technical projects from requirements through launch, including managing project schedules, removing roadblocks, proactively identifying risks and dependencies, and communicating effectively.
• Engage with engineering directors, product leaders and other Technical Program Manager groups to streamline processes, simplify execution, manage Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), release on time, find efficiencies, and transform the operational effectiveness of the organization.
• Drive cross-functional and cross-team alignment to ensure shared understanding and successful project delivery.
