Qualifications

As a Technical Program Manager on this team, you will lead complex, cross-functional programs that define how we monetize the next generation of AI-powered productivity.

Our team is responsible for the end-to-end customer lifecycle journey in Workspace. We focus on developing value‑capture strategies, managing usage limits, mitigating abuse, optimizing purchase flows, and minimizing customer churn for millions of global businesses. Building core infrastructure for metering, billing, and invoicing based on SKUs and resource consumption. Modernizing our enterprise administration platforms, advancing mobile administration tools, and deploying AI agents and assistants to streamline IT operations. Building robust auditing and reporting platforms, deploying AI‑driven diagnostics, and designing seamless migration and onboarding pathways for enterprise and small business customers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand or identify defined work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact.
• Prioritize program goals, understand and translate other stakeholders’ needs into program goals and prioritized deliverables with minimal assistance, and contribute to decisions on prioritizing goals and deliverables.
• Define the scope of projects and develop, execute, or manage project plans for supported programs.
• Review key metrics pertaining to a program, monitor potential metric deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations.
• Identify, communicate, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward mutual goals. Build, maintain and enhance business, operational, and management dashboards. Build relationships and manage complex dependencies across core product teams, Payments, Risk, Legal, and Privacy departments.
