We need a Technical Program Manager with Generative-AI Experience with 15-23 Year Experience to be base at Hyderabad/Gurugram/Pune/Mumbai/Bengaluru/Chennai

Key Responsibilities

Drive transformations programs in AI and varied technologies

Define and execute the roadmap for multi-year IT initiatives aligned with regional business goals.

Ownership and accountability for projects executed in quality, financial, schedule and client satisfaction aspects. Taking ownership of the program, managing program budgets, schedule, resource allocations and forecasts.

Establish program-level Governance, KPIs, and reporting structures for executive updates. Facilitate consensus-building across Japanese business units to drive digital adoption.

Negotiate and manage clients, vendor contracts, and third-party partners.

Oversee project(s) to ensure interdependencies, timelines, and technical risks are managed.

Ability to coordinate and work together with Japanese and global colleagues

Mentor, Supervise and coordinate project managers and members ensuring progress and quality

Ability to explore opportunity and mine projects and drive revenue growth with associated clients

Negotiate agreements, work orders, scope changes and estimates within organization and with client

Identifying potential risks and threats to current and future programs, often in collaboration with senior managers

Producing program reports for department heads, directors, end users and other stakeholders

Planning future program activity, including consultations with project sponsors, analysis of requirements and arranging timeframes

Ensuring client satisfaction through successful value delivery to client

Pre-sales work related to accounts Required Qualifications & Experience

>= 15 years of experience in IT Field

Good knowledge of the IT technology nuances and technology trends

Bilingual Native Japanese or JLPT N1/N2 certified professional. Good comprehension and ability to converse in English and Japanese

Good communication skills
