Job Title : Technical Program Manager – Embedded Engineering

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with strong account leadership, customer management, and embedded engineering delivery expertise to lead strategic customer engagements in the Industrial Automation and Embedded Systems domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery, customer relationship management, account growth, engineering governance, and driving large-scale embedded product development programs.

This role requires a combination of business leadership, delivery excellence, technical depth in Embedded Systems, and stakeholder management across global teams and customer organizations.

Program & Delivery Management

• Own and manage strategic customer accounts within the Embedded Engineering domain.
• Develop strong relationships with customer leadership, engineering managers, and business stakeholders.
• Conduct governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive business reviews.
• Drive customer satisfaction, business growth, and long-term strategic partnerships.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion, new projects, and engineering service offerings.

Technical & Engineering Leadership

• Provide strategic guidance on embedded product development and engineering best practices.
• Review solution architecture, project plans, effort estimations, and delivery strategies.
• Work closely with architects, engineering managers, and technical leads for technology alignment.
• Drive engineering excellence across embedded software, hardware, testing, and validation teams.
• Mentor engineering teams and support capability development within the organization.

Technical Requirements

Embedded Systems

• Strong expertise in Embedded C, C++, Embedded Python, and Python.
• Extensive experience in embedded firmware and software development.
• Good understanding of microcontroller architectures and real-time embedded systems.
• Hands-on experience with STM32, XMC, PIC, and similar MCU platforms.
• Experience in Industrial Automation product development.
• Good understanding of:BLDC Motors
• PMSM Motors
• AC/DC Motor Control
• Switches and Solenoid Control Applications
• Experience in embedded control systems and motor-drive applications.

Testing & Product Automation
