Responsibilities

• Handle Project Management from Project Kick off until delivery.
• Manage projects within specific targets of budget, schedule, and quality.
• Develop high‑quality proposals with deep technical content.
• Contribute to processes being developed and enforce process compliance for projects.
• Track and monitor projects—develop reports for budget, schedule, and quality metrics based tracking.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Lead the design team in task assignment, prioritization, and scheduling.
• Review and implement designs, providing guidance for design.
• Deliver all design projects on time with quality and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement engineering design guidelines and processes.
• Find ways to provide additional embedded design services and expand embedded design solution offering to customers.
• Display good interpersonal skills and be a team player.
• Willing to travel frequently to US/EU on onsite assignments as required.
• Hands‑on design and implementation of embedded designs as an architect.
• Build competency within the embedded design team aligning with the company’s technology roadmap, identifying skill‑set gaps and filling them to achieve self‑sufficiency.
