Job summary

Wipro is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale epics across multiple cross-functional teams in Pune, India. Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with proven expertise in driving end-to-end program delivery of large-scale epics across multiple cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in integrated milestone planning, critical path analysis, dependency management, technical risk identification and mitigation, testing and production readiness, and executive-level stakeholder management. Must be capable of independently managing complex programs from inception to deployment, coordinating product, engineering, and business teams, removing delivery blockers, driving governance and decision-making forums, and ensuring successful execution of strategic initiatives. Strong communication, escalation management, consensus building, Agile/Scrum delivery experience, and the ability to influence executives and technical teams are essential. Experience in large-scale technology, payments, or enterprise platforms, along with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, is preferred.
